Participants will need to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or provide a negative COVID-19 test before entering the building. The COVID-19 test will need to be taken within 48 hours of the event. For everyone’s safety, all guests will need to wear masks when not eating or drinking.

Gesa Carousel of Dreams

This amusement park is home to a 111-year-old carousel that has made its way from Michigan to New Mexico to Washington. Every year, First Night Tri Cities launches families into the new year with a night of fireworks and fun.

Currently, the amusement park requires all guests over the age of 2 to wear a mask, even if they’re vaccinated. Their food and drink sellers are open, but the seating has been pared down for everyone’s safety. Staff disinfects the carousel every 45 minutes.
